It’s the last week before school starts which means it is even more important to be organized in the kitchen. There are so many last minute details to take care of that the last thing I want to be doing is standing in front of the fridge at dinner time scratching my head. Always good to have a plan. Monday- LAQ’s Turkey Bologonese (I wish I could find bison. I’ll substitute turkey.)
Tuesday-Grilled Balsamic Chicken Breast (new grill pan!), Baked Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday-Bacon Wrapped Salmon, Sauteed Spinach
Thursday- Shashlik, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Roasted Potatoes
Friday-Greek Rubbed Turkey Breast, Ratatouille w/Pine Nuts (using The Moosewood Restaurant’s recipe)
Saturday- XMan is making Uzbek Lamb Plov
